Here I am in the same position as 5 years ago.

Everyone who follows me knows that I never talk about my problems or my private life but I am forced, after 5 years, to talk about this once again after having been trying to deal with it privately since then without success.

This person is still doing business with my dolls today, taking advantage of the discounts I offer my customers with all my goodwill.
She order cheaper dolls by taking advantage of these discounts and then sell them at a higher price to make a profit (The fact that people would rather pay more money to her than order a doll directly from me is completely beyond my understanding).
Unfortunately, in addition to using numerous different identities, there are also people who help her to achieve her goal. I don't know who I can trust anymore.

I have been trying to fight this for too long and honestly, I don't know what I can do anymore.
I removed the auctions years ago, then the sales in my shop...I've had to change the way I sell so many times that I've lost count. I am desperate and very, very tired.
It's been 5 years and all I ask for is to be able to work peacefully without anyone taking advantage of my work to make money.

Thanks to her and the people who help her I am forced to remove these discounts in my private sales (I will try to extend the installment payments in these cases to offer more flexibility).
And if you help this person get a doll from me, you will also be banned.

I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and I apologise in advance. You all know how much I love and admire all my French friends but this problem has reached a point where I no longer know what else I can do....
